This Privacy Policy explains how ToolifyFree ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use https://toolifyfree.com (the "Site").

Files and text you process

Most tools on the Site (for example Merge PDF, PDF to Word, Image Compressor, Invoice Generator and QR Code Generator) run entirely in your browser. Files and text you use with these tools are never sent to our servers.

Some tools need server processing: Compress PDF, Word to PDF and the background removal tools (including Passport Photo Maker). Files you upload to these tools are stored temporarily only while they are being processed and are deleted immediately afterwards. We do not view, copy, share or keep these files.

Our AI tools (AI Text Summarizer, AI Paraphrasing Tool, AI Grammar Checker, Screenshot to Code and the online plagiarism check) send the text or image you provide to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate the result. We do not store this content on our servers. Anthropic processes it under its own privacy policy and commercial terms.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server records standard log information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit. We use this information to keep the Site secure, prevent abuse (for example by limiting how often a tool can be used) and fix problems.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google AdSense to show advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites.
